Senior Account Manager - London (Hybrid) - £45k-£50k + bonus
Join an independent growing marketing agency. You will get to work with several clients on managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to day-to-day management across premium property and specialist sectors.
Role:
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact across a portfolio of premium property and specialist accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Develop holistic media strategies and handle the end-to-end planning, buying, and analysis across all channels, with a specific focus on traditional/print media alongside digital.
- Lead diverse campaign types, including ROI-focused media, content partnerships, sponsorships, and strategy projects.
- Drive campaign analysis and measurement, interrogating briefs and media plans to report back clear results and actionable insights to clients.
- Negotiate high-value traditional and non-traditional media partnerships to maximize client ROI and stretch campaign budgets.
- Collaborate closely with internal performance and innovation teams while helping guide, nurture, and develop junior account team members.
- Support agency leadership with new business opportunities and pitches when required.

About you:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within an advertising or media agency.
- Strong cross-channel planning and buying expertise across both traditional (print, OOH) and digital media formats.
- Sound understanding of the media landscape with established relationships with key media owners.
- Highly analytical mindset with a passion for measurement, performance tracking, and data-led strategy.
- Exceptional client-servicing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients.
- Self-motivated, collaborative team player with gravitas and excellent project management abilities.
