Altaura is looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Manager to take ownership of our client relationships across hospitality, retail and experience-led brands.
You’ll be the lead communicator for our clients and the glue between our Music, Technical Support, Projects, Finance and leadership teams. Your role will be to ensure clients feel supported, projects remain joined up and opportunities to retain and grow accounts are actively developed.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of large, multi-site international accounts alongside smaller independent clients.
- Building trusted relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Leading client onboarding, ongoing service reviews, renewals and offboarding.
- Coordinating Music, Support and Project teams around client needs.
- Identifying additional sites, music zones and service opportunities.
- Upselling music strategy, curation, AV consultancy, hardware and live entertainment.
- Maintaining clear account plans, opportunities and next actions in Pipedrive.
- Monitoring client satisfaction, account health and potential churn risks.

We’d especially like to meet someone who:
- Has strong agency-side account-management or client-services experience.
- Has successfully managed several clients and projects at the same time.
- Has experience retaining, renewing and growing existing accounts.
- Is warm, confident, outwardly friendly and genuinely service-driven.
- Communicates credibly with both clients and internal specialists.
- Has worked with hospitality, retail or multi-site brands.
- Understands background music, music curation, live entertainment or AV systems.
- Enjoys a startup environment and is willing to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Salary and commission
- The base salary is £45,000 - £52,000 depending on experience.
- You’ll also earn 10% commission profit share.
