Job Description
The Senior Account Manager is the primary commercial relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of Corlytics clients — banks, insurers, asset managers, and regulators who rely on our regulatory risk intelligence and compliance data platform. The role exists to protect and grow recurring revenue by making sure clients realise measurable value from their Corlytics subscriptions, and by converting that value into renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
You will be accountable for developing, retaining, and growing revenue across your portfolio in line with company targets. This is a quota-carrying role where you will own a revenue target for growing the accounts you manage, and be measured on it.
Equally, it is a relationship led role. You will combine commercial ownership with strong client advisory skills providing insight, engaging senior stakeholders, presenting confidently, and working both autonomously and collaboratively. The role requires travel domestically and internationally.
Why this role, why now?
We are scaling our account management team and looking for an ambitious, client-focused Senior Account Manager to drive growth across a portfolio of strategic global clients.
You will work with large global institutions to identify their business challenges and opportunities, design and implement effective solutions, and make sure they get real business value from Corlytics. It suits someone who is already experienced at spotting new opportunities inside existing accounts and who wants clear ownership of both the client relationship and the number attached to it — growing your portfolio, and the business as a whole.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
Commercial mindset with client-first instincts. Sees every interaction through two lenses at once: what does the client need, and where is the revenue opportunity. Comfortable talking about money — renewals, uplift, multi-year terms — without the relationship feeling transactional. Negotiates firmly but protects long-term trust over short-term wins.
Proactive, not reactive Anticipates risk rather than responding to it. Spots the quiet account, the drop in usage, the departed sponsor, the budget cycle that starts in Q3, and acts months ahead. Never surprised by a churn notice.
Relationship builder and multi-threader. Naturally networks across an organisation rather than depending on a single champion. Builds genuine rapport at both practitioner and executive level, and is willing to ask for introductions, referrals, and references.
Collaborative and low-ego. Works easily with Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing, and knows when to bring in the right expert rather than improvising. Shares intelligence openly across the sales team.
Consultative communicator. Listens more than they pitch. Asks good questions, articulates value in the client's language and metrics, and writes and presents clearly — business reviews, proposals, and executive summaries that land.
Adaptable and growth-oriented. Thrives in a scaling business where processes evolve and products expand. Open to feedback, quick to absorb new propositions, and comfortable with change.
What we offer you
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies
- Collaborative and supportive work environment
- Professional development opportunities
- Hybrid working and a flexible working environment
