I'm working with the London arm of a major international digital agency to find a Senior Account Manager to lead their flagship, social-first account for a major EV brand.
This is a social-led role at its core, built around TikTok and the wider platform landscape, with real cultural weight; think celebrity partnerships, sports sponsorship and major brand moments landing through social channels first. If you live and breathe social strategy and have worked accounts where high-profile talent or sponsorship activity played out through social, this is built for you.
The Role
- Own the social strategy for a flagship EV account, leading how the brand shows up across TikTok and other key platforms for a Western audience.
- Lead client conversations on social-first campaign direction, defining audience and channel approach.
- Turn celebrity, sports and talent partnerships into standout social content and campaigns.
- Own campaign execution, from creative ideation through to delivery and team management.
- Oversee planning, timelines and delivery across multiple workstreams, maintaining quality control throughout.
- Guide, mentor and performance-manage the account team.
- Identify and pitch growth opportunities within the account.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
