Senior Account Manager | Digitas
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to help deliver meaningful, effective digital experiences for a leading brand within an integrated agency environment. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping and delivering website and digital platform projects, working closely with clients and talented creative, strategy, UX, and production teams.
You’ll be responsible for taking projects from brief through to delivery, bringing together different disciplines to create digital experiences that are useful, engaging, and aligned to both customer and business needs. If you enjoy working at the intersection of client relationships, digital, and creative delivery, this role offers plenty of variety, ownership, and influence.
What you'll be doing...
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, building strong partnerships through clear communication, strategic thinking, and dependable delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of website, digital platform, and broader digital experience projects
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into clear project plans, working closely with creative, strategy, UX/UI, technology, and production teams
- Help shape digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and focused on the needs of the end user
- Work with clients to understand their digital challenges and identify opportunities to improve their websites, platforms, and customer journeys
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring projects remain on track, on budget, and to a high standard
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts through proactive thinking, strong relationships, and a good understanding of the client's wider business
- Support integrated delivery across digital, social, content, and broader brand activity where relevant
- Bring curiosity and a commercially minded approach to every project, looking for ways to improve both the work and the client relationship

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
