In the role of Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for leading some of our highest profile projects and building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Acting as a trusted partner to our clients, you'll drive projects forward, uncover new opportunities and ensure exceptional work is delivered from brief through to completion. Combining commercial awareness with outstanding client service skills, you'll play a key role in growing both our clients' brands and our agency.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of our most important and high-value client projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and become their go-to agency partner.
  • Spot opportunities to grow projects and identify new commercial opportunities across accounts.
  • Manage budgets, timings and resources to ensure projects run smoothly and profitably.
  • Translate client challenges into clear, actionable briefs for our strategy and creative teams.
  • Present work with confidence and professionalism, guiding clients through recommendations and next steps.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the Client Services team, helping them develop and succeed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional work is delivered on time, every time.
  • Champion responsible business practices and help clients think more ethically, sustainably and inclusively.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in an agency account management or client services role.
  • A passion for branding and/or experience working within a brand agency environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder groups.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence managing project budgets, revenue and profitability.
  • A natural ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and add value.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence leading client meetings.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for building positive relationships.
