If you’re an experienced agency Account Manager who gets genuinely excited by brands, this could be a great next move. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join an established creative/branding agency in Bristol to take ownership of some of its most exciting client projects. You’ll work with recognisable household-name brands, senior client stakeholders and talented strategy and creative teams to make brilliant work happen. A background in a branding agency would be ideal.
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key client accounts and high-value projects from initial brief through to delivery. You’ll build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted point of contact for your clients.
- Turn client challenges into clear briefs
- Manage budgets, timings and resources
- Keep projects moving
- Work closely with strategy and creative teams to make sure the final work delivers against the brief and exceeds expectations

You’ll also have the opportunity to support less experienced members of the Client Services team, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Agency experience in Account Management or Client Services
- Experience working across branding, brand strategy or creative projects
- Experience managing senior client relationships and multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills across budgets, timings and resources
- Commercial awareness and experience managing account profitability
- Experience briefing and working closely with creative and strategy teams
- Confidence presenting work and leading client meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A practical, organised approach to managing multiple priorities
- Experience using Microsoft 365

- The salary is £36,000-£48,000 depending on experience
