About the Role
At Jungle, we believe social is no longer just a marketing channel – it’s the engine room of brand building. We’re a full-service social agency built for the pace, culture, and creativity of modern platforms. We create for attention, we build for impact, and we partner for the long run.
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on driving exceptional work across multiple social-first clients. You’ll be the beating heart of key accounts, acting as the trusted partner for clients and the internal force that keeps delivery sharp, strategy strong, and creativity ambitious.
This is a pivotal role for someone who is confident managing cross-functional teams, knows how to balance strategic thinking with delivery excellence, and is excited by the ever-evolving world of social.
Account Leadership & Client Relationships
- Lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts, acting as a strategic advisor and delivery lead.
- Build confidence with clients through calm communication, deep understanding of their brand, and consistent value.
- Proactively manage up, down, and sideways — ensuring projects run to time, budget, and brief.
- Develop smart workflows and ways of working that bring together strategy, creative, production, and media.
Social-First Strategy & Creative Thinking
- Collaborate with strategists and creatives to challenge briefs and shape ideas rooted in platform-native thinking.
- Ensure the social work we deliver is as culturally relevant as it is commercially effective.
- Interrogate insights and performance data to drive better work, inform creative iterations, and contribute to broader strategic planning.
Project & Campaign Delivery
- Confidently lead integrated campaigns from kick-off to reporting — across content production, influencer activations, community engagement, and paid distribution.
- Manage asset delivery across formats and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), ensuring output is not just polished but platform-smart.
- Own campaign documentation: status trackers, content calendars, budgets, scopes of work and wrap reports.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
