Role - Media SAM / AD

Location - Leeds

Reports to - Board Directors and Business Directors

Salary - £45-65k, depending on experience

If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and make a big impact in the world of offline media, this opportunity has your name on it. You’ll be at the forefront of managing and delivering innovative media strategies across offline channels like TV, radio, and print, while also collaborating with the digital, labs, and SEO teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning relationships: Be the go-to for key clients, building strong partnerships and providing top-notch service.
  • Strategic leadership: Lead the charge on strategic planning, problem-solving, and delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor your team, ensuring the highest quality output while supporting their growth.
  • Campaign excellence: Oversee the planning, buying, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on offline media like TV.
  • Driving growth: Spot opportunities for new business and innovative media solutions that add value for clients and the agency.
  • Integrated thinking: Collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns are cohesive, effective, and push creative boundaries.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of experience working with offline media channels like TV, radio, and print.
  • Fully proficient in planning and buying across several media channels, particularly TV.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and owning multiple accounts.
  • Experience managing teams and mentoring talent to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to make confident, data-driven recommendations.
