Senior Account Manager

Client Services

Sonin is a technology product consultancy, helping ambitious businesses design, build and scale digital products that matter. As we grow our client services function, we're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of key relationships — someone who can balance commercial rigour with genuine partnership, and who's just as comfortable in a boardroom as they are in a sprint planning session.

This is a pivotal role as Sonin evolves from project-based app delivery towards a product consultancy model. You'll be central to how we deepen client relationships, spot new opportunities, and ensure the work we deliver keeps earning trust.

What You'll Do

  • Lead client relationships end to end. Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Identify new business within your accounts. Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, and shape proposals that reflect real client needs.
  • Partner with delivery teams. Work closely with development, design and product teams to keep projects on track, on budget, and to a high standard.
  • Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships. Build relationships from day-to-day contacts through to senior stakeholders and C-suite sponsors.
  • Own commercial negotiations. Lead conversations on scope, pricing, renewals and contract terms, protecting margin while keeping clients happy.
  • Monitor account performance. Track account health and revenue forecasts, flagging risk early and building plans to address it.
  • Represent Sonin externally. Attend client meetings, workshops and industry events as a face of Sonin.
  • Coach junior team members. Support and mentor account coordinators as the team grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
