Overview

Raptor exists to bridge the gap between brands and the real lives of young people. We are a multidisciplinary marketing agency operating at the intersection of where youth meets culture.

In today’s ever-evolving cultural landscape, young audiences expect more from the companies they engage with. Authenticity is non-negotiable, and therefore it is imperative that brands speak to youth culture in ways that resonate both deeply and accurately. At Raptor, we support our clients in navigating this complex terrain by tapping into the real voices and lived experiences of young people around the world.

With a global insight network of over 10,000 young individuals, we’re always in touch with an ever-evolving youth landscape. This direct access allows us to decode what engages and motivates young audiences, ensuring every campaign we craft resonates personally, collectively and culturally. Whether through immersive live experiences, content, social-first storytelling, brand partnerships or large-scale sampling campaigns, we design work that meets young people where they are - online, on campus and in real life.

Headquartered in the UK, with teams in both Europe and North America, we partner with global culture-led companies - including Tinder, Jägermeister, Samsung, Canon and Deliveroo - to build campaigns that drive relevance and long-term impact.

About You

You will understand integrated campaigns and the marketing mix, with experience developing, creating and deploying marketing campaigns in line with a campaign’s creative direction and vision. You will have a strong understanding of student brand ambassador programmes and how they can be used to build authentic, scalable engagement with youth audiences.

You will be up to date with the latest trends and best practices, with a special focus on youth and student audiences and the ability to adapt quickly to their ever-evolving needs and behaviours.

You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects, clients and market requests. You will also be comfortable working with alcohol brands and in alcohol-led environments, including licensed venues, events and activations. Most importantly, you bring energy, fresh ideas and solutions to problems, and can spot opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.

The Role

This is a hands-on role working across UK, European and global accounts. It will be mainly office-based within Raptor’s client services account team, but will also involve field work where campaigns require it. Regular UK and international travel will be required for client and internal meetings, campaign delivery, conferences, regional summits and other events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
