Job Description
About the Position
We have an amazing opportunity available for a passionate and experienced eCommerce individual to make a difference at Kraft Heinz on a 12-Month Maternity Cover fixed-term contract. The Amazon position lies within the UK eCommerce team. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You are passionate about building brands in the digital world, you know how to win the online shopper and grow the business with online customers and specifically with Amazon. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external stakeholders. Growing our business in partnership with Amazon will be your main responsibility and you will also manage an account executive supporting the entire eCommerce team.
In brief, you will be responsible for;
- Own the Amazon P&L across Amazon core and fresh
- Leading JBP conversations and accelerate our existing business with Amazon to drive profitable and sustainable growth and building a strong partnership
- Build a long-term strategy to drive our business using data and insights and drive more visibility for our products and strategically select the right range for each Amazon channel, ensuring that we have the right SKU mix for each channel
- Partner with our Global eCommerce team to share best practices and build into the zone strategy for Amazon
- Manage one direct report looking after our Direct-to-Consumer business

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Experience working with Amazon or other large eCommerce customer/channel
- Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to manage complexity across multiple departmental functions and channels
- Great analytical skills and ability to turn data into actions
- You are commercially and financially astute and are able to make commercial decisions based on judgment, often under significant time pressure
- You have a strong creative thinking, and the ability to test and learn fast
