12 month FTC - Senior Account Manager – Amazon/eCommerce - FMCG/food business

Location: London
Days in Office: 3 days per week
Salary: Up to £75,000
Type: 12-month FTC – Maternity Cover
Start: ASAP

We’re working with a leading global FMCG/food business that is looking to hire an experienced Senior Account Manager into its UK eCommerce team.

This is a high-profile commercial role with responsibility for a major Amazon account, focused on driving profitable growth, developing the customer strategy and building a strong long-term partnership.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning the Amazon P&L across key channels
  • Leading commercial and JBP conversations
  • Developing the long-term Amazon growth strategy
  • Using data and insight to improve range, visibility and performance
  • Working closely with internal and global eCommerce teams
  • Managing one direct report

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong eCommerce or online account management experience
  • Experience working with Amazon or another major eCommerce customer
  • A strong commercial and financial mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
  • The ability to turn data and insight into commercial action
