We're looking for an established Senior Account Manager to join a creative agency known for ambitious work across communications, strategy and branding. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, variety and working closely with clients, creatives and senior leadership in a genuinely flat and collaborative environment.

Ideally, you will be available to join on a 6 month FTC with the view to joining permanently thereafter.

The Opportunity

As Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key client relationships from day one, managing the day-to-day relationship, delivery and commercial performance of your accounts. You'll work across integrated communications, brand strategy and visual identity, with clients spanning finance, lifestyle, retail and technology.

You'll be trusted to operate autonomously, supported by Business Directors and senior leadership across account growth and new business. Client Services is also closely involved in resource and financial management, giving you genuine visibility across the full project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
