We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with B2B SaaS ideally in Construction or Manufacturing, focused on the UKI market and large global customers.

You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly and international work environment and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

What you will do:

  • Lead our efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base, focused on mid-tier and large customers, playing a key role in driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with our customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention
  • Own and manage our renewals so that this compelling event is maximised as much as possible
  • Identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities, utilising our impactful array of products for cross-sell and effectively white space mapping your portfolio
  • Use the data at your disposal and work closely with CS Ops to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them
  • Work closely with colleagues in the UKI market team to act on industry opportunities, attend events and back up marketing campaigns
  • Proactively segment and sort accounts under your management to ensure your time is spent targeting the right customers, in the right order
  • There are plenty of opportunities to drive improvements in the way we retain and grow our customer base. You will be expected to seize them and be a changemaker for the better

What you need:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, working in Account Management to successfully drive NRR across a large and diverse customer portfolio.
  • Experience in identifying, nurturing and closing €40,000+ revenue expansion opportunities.
  • Data-driven. You use the data at your disposal to identify insights and come up with plans to act on them.
  • Metrics and attainment-driven. You thrive on and regularly achieve individual and team targets.
  • You are proactive and creative. Each customer is different, and you love figuring out how to engage them.
  • You are happy to pick up the phone to call customers as a way to drive retention or expansion
  • You are an orchestrator and a collaborator. You know you can’t win every retention battle or expansion opportunity on your own, and you know when to engage sales, product, CS or others to maximise the chances of success.
  • You are metrics-driven. You thrive on challenging individual and team targets.
  • Experience in LCA, building sustainability, or embodied-carbon-related fields is not essential but would be beneficial. We can teach you this. Being a fast learner is essential.
