If you’re a newly promoted or established Senior Account Manager who’s ready for the opportunity to really show what you can do, this could be a very good next move.
We’re partnering with a growing independent healthcare communications agency where you’ll have the freedom to take ownership, bring ideas to the table and have a voice across the agency.
The role
You’ll take a leading role across significant healthcare accounts, with a particular focus on neurology and women’s health, spanning product and above-brand communications.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Lead day-to-day client relationships and provide communications counsel
- Own and drive projects and workstreams
- Support major product and regulatory milestones
- Lead European disease awareness, education and KOL engagement programmes
- Bring ideas and solutions rather than simply take briefs
- Spot opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues

What you'll bring
Must-haves:
- SAM-level healthcare PR/communications agency experience
- Product and above-brand communications experience
- Experience supporting significant product or regulatory milestones
- Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ideally, you’ll also have European or multi-market experience and/or a scientific background.

You’re confident, proactive and comfortable taking the lead. You use your judgement, bring recommendations to clients and want the freedom to make an impact rather than simply deliver what lands on your desk.
