Senior Account Manager - Ladies Fashion
Are you a commercially driven Senior Account Manager with a genuine passion for fashion and a proven track record of building and growing successful retail partnerships? If you have experience managing high volume accounts within the fashion industry, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. Due to continued growth, our client, a highly successful and well fashion supplier, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts across major UK and European retailers and supermarkets.
Based in their Central London office, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, creative and fast growing business. You'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, influencing product strategy and developing strong, long term relationships with some of the biggest names across the high street.

Main Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, developing and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key buyers across major UK and European retailers and supermarkets.
- Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage accounts throughout the full product lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to delivery.
- Present seasonal collections confidently and professionally, demonstrating strong knowledge of product, fashion trends, consumer behaviour and market opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and deliver sustainable growth.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, range reviews and presentations, acting as the lead commercial contact.
- Work closely with internal design, product and merchandising teams to ensure collections meet customer requirements and commercial objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account plans and performance reports, providing clear commercial insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor account performance and market trends, proactively identifying opportunities to maximise sales, profitability and customer engagement.

- We're looking for a confident, commercially focused Senior Account Manager who combines exceptional relationship building skills with a genuine passion for fashion.
- Proven experience in a Senior Account Management or Account Management role within a fashion supplier, which is essential.
- A strong track record of managing major high street retailers, supermarkets and high volume accounts.
- Established experience working directly with buyers and senior retail contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse sales performance, identify opportunities and deliver against targets.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with the confidence to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and priorities within a fast paced environment.
- The confidence and credibility to represent the business at senior customer meetings and presentations.
