We’re working with a leading global creative agency looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team, working across a portfolio of well-known food and snacking brands.
You’ll take a leading role in developing client relationships and growing accounts, while helping turn commercial and brand challenges into brilliant creative work across branding & packaging, eCommerce and lifestyle photography.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to be more than a day-to-day account handler – you’ll have the scope to influence the direction of your accounts, identify opportunities for growth and become a true extension of your clients’ teams.

The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building and developing strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts across the agency’s wider capabilities.
- Taking ownership of revenue targets and supporting account growth.
- Leading client conversations, presentations and workshops.
- Understanding clients’ business and brand challenges and translating them into clear, actionable briefs.
- Partnering closely with Creative, Project Management and Resource teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Overseeing project plans, status reports, cost estimates and trackers.
- Managing forecasting, invoicing and overall account financial performance.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the Client Services team.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 4–5+ years’ experience in Client Services or Account Management within a branding, packaging or design agency.
- A strong understanding of branding, packaging and the creative development process.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of developing and growing client relationships.
- Experience managing project finances, forecasting and budgets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to navigate challenging conversations and drive positive outcomes.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- A genuine interest in consumer brands, FMCG, food or snacking categories.
