The opportunity
This is much more than a traditional account management role.
You'll become the trusted day-to-day strategic partner for a portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
Working closely with creative, production and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in bringing exciting campaigns and live experiences to life while helping drive commercial success across your accounts.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and developing key client relationships
- Acting as the strategic lead across multiple accounts
- Identifying opportunities for organic growth and account development
- Collaborating with creative, production and delivery teams
- Managing budgets, forecasts and commercial performance
- Supporting pitches, proposals and new business opportunities
- Ensuring every project delivers an exceptional client experience
About you
You'll ideally have:
- Agency experience within experiential marketing, live events or brand experiences
- A proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
