The Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Edelman’s Brand team, working across a portfolio of global businesses, with a focus on global sport partnerships spanning multiple rights-holders, markets and categories.
The role plays a key part in delivering integrated, award-winning global campaigns, spanning B2B and B2C communications, with a focus on content creation, earned media, thought leadership and brand storytelling. You will help bring brand storytelling and partnerships to life through culturally relevant ideas that resonate with both business and consumer audiences.

You will work closely with senior clients, rights-holders and Edelman’s integrated teams across creative, production, strategy, research, social and IAT partners, including paid, experiential and B2C specialists. This role suits someone confident managing complexity, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.
A genuine interest in sport is preferred, alongside an understanding of how partnerships can be leveraged to drive brand growth, cultural relevance and business impact. Experience across FMCG also a plus.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of global sport partnership accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery across B2B and B2C workstreams
- Support the development and execution of integrated communications programmes across content, earned media, consumer campaigns, B2B communications and thought leadership
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, rights-holders and key internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and drive delivery across integrated agency teams including creative, strategy, production, social, paid, experiential and B2C partners
- Manage project timelines, budgets and workflows to ensure programmes are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Contribute to the development of creative ideas and compelling narratives that bring sport partnerships to life across global markets and consumer touchpoints
- Support approvals processes and stakeholder alignment across complex, multi-market programmes
- Identify opportunities to maximise partnership value through proactive storytelling, media engagement, content amplification and consumer activation
- Contribute to award submissions, case studies and internal knowledge sharing
- Support and mentor junior team members as required

Experience
- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C communications
- Experience in partnership management or integrated marketing, ideally within sport, brand or cultural partnerships and/or FMCG preferred
- Experience working with rights-holders and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Strong track record of driving delivery across integrated agency teams, including creative and consumer specialists
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality client-facing and consumer-facing materials
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to “get stuck in” and take ownership
- A general interest in sport and how partnerships can be leveraged to deliver brand, business and cultural impact
