Senior Account Manager - Creator & Social

About HYDP

HYDP builds and operates always-on creator programs for brands that take growth and relevance seriously.

We help brands use creators as a primary media channel — moving beyond one-off campaigns to sustained partnerships that drive cultural momentum and measurable business results. Our work spans creator strategy, talent partnerships, content, performance, and the operational systems that make it all scalable.

At HYDP, you’ll work on ambitious creator programs alongside a senior team and in direct partnership with brand stakeholders.

How We Work

  • Built to scale: We design systems and programs that allow great ideas to move fast and improve over time.
  • Creators as partners: We treat creators as long-term collaborators, not media placements.
  • Performance matters: Cultural relevance only counts if it delivers real business results.
  • Collective success: We win as a team, with clear ownership and shared accountability.
  • Radical clarity: We value direct thinking, honest feedback, and data-backed decisions.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in creator, influencer or social marketing to take ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of key client accounts.

This is not a purely coordination-focused role. You’ll be trusted to own client relationships, make decisions, manage complex creator programs and keep multiple workstreams moving without needing constant direction.

You’ll work closely with Strategy and Operations, but you’ll have clear ownership of your accounts and be expected to understand both the detail of delivery and the bigger commercial and strategic picture.

We’re looking for someone who has already managed creator or social accounts and is ready to take meaningful ownership within a fast-growing agency.

What You’ll Own

Client & Account Management

  • Own day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders and become a trusted point of contact.
  • Lead regular client calls, status meetings and delivery conversations.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear priorities for internal teams.
  • Manage expectations, navigate challenging conversations and identify solutions before issues escalate.
  • Spot opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts alongside senior account leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Creator Program Delivery

  • Own creator programs from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is on time, on brief and to a consistently high standard.
  • Oversee creator casting, outreach, contracting, briefing, approvals, content delivery and publishing.
  • Manage multiple creators, markets, platforms and campaign workstreams simultaneously.
  • Take responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budgets and dependencies.
  • Identify risks early and make informed decisions to keep programs moving.

Social & Creator Expertise

  • Bring a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the wider creator landscape.
  • Understand what makes creator content work — from formats and hooks to audience fit and platform behaviour.
  • Challenge briefs or recommendations where your experience tells you there is a better approach.
  • Stay close to emerging creators, platform changes, formats and cultural trends.
  • Turn campaign performance into practical recommendations for what we should do differently next time.

Performance & Reporting

  • Understand the performance of your accounts rather than simply reporting the numbers.
  • Help turn creator and platform data into clear insights, recommendations and client narratives.
  • Identify what is driving or limiting performance across creators, content, platforms and markets.
  • Contribute to account reviews, planning sessions and strategic recommendations.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and maintain clear workflows, timelines and documentation across your accounts.
  • Coordinate effectively across Strategy, Operations, Production and other internal teams.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy across briefs, creator information, deliverables and reporting.
  • Improve processes where you see opportunities to make delivery faster, clearer or more scalable.

What We're Looking For

You’ll likely have 5+ years' relevant experience, including meaningful experience at Account Manager level or equivalent within an influencer, creator, social or integrated agency environment.

Crucially, we’re looking for someone who has personally owned client relationships and creator/social campaign delivery, rather than only supporting more senior account leads.

You should have:

  • Proven experience managing client accounts and being a primary day-to-day client contact.
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering influencer, creator or social campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, creators, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of creator workflows, including casting, briefing, contracting, approvals and deliverables.
  • Confidence leading client calls, presenting work and navigating difficult conversations.
  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to create structure in fast-moving environments.
  • A good understanding of social and creator performance metrics and the ability to draw insights from results.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • The judgment to know when to make a decision independently and when something needs escalating.
  • Genuine curiosity about creators, social platforms and internet culture.
  • Experience working across large, complex or international client accounts is particularly valuable.

You'll Be a Great Fit If...

  • You’re someone who sees an issue coming and deals with it before it becomes a problem.
  • You can comfortably move between a client conversation, creator negotiation, campaign timeline and performance report — and understand how each affects the wider account.
  • You enjoy being accountable for outcomes, not just completing tasks.
  • And importantly, you’re looking for a role where you can own meaningful client work, rather than simply supporting someone else’s account.

Why This Role Matters

Our creator programs involve multiple creators, stakeholders, platforms, markets and moving parts. Strong account management is what turns that complexity into great work.

The Account Manager is responsible for making that happen — combining excellent client management, creator expertise, commercial awareness and operational discipline to ensure our programs deliver for both our clients and creators.
