**Senior Account Manager ()

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, data-driven Senior Account Manager with a keen interest in technology—ready to drive ambitious, creativity-right CRM initiatives at a global agency.
As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll be the primary client liaison, collaborating closely with Senior Account Directors and the CRM team to:
- Lead data-driven CRM campaigns (including emails + push notifications).
- Develop toolkits for cross-market client collaboration.
- Partner with Creative and Strategy teams.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

Client Care ✥
- Be the main point of contact for client briefs, clarification, and meeting coordination.
- Interpret client needs, challenge briefs proactively to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
- Mobilise internal teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Campaign Leadership
- Contribute to briefs and develop insights for planning/creative workflows.
- Present creative deliverables to clients, challenging feedback when constructive.
- Leverage performance data to optimise CRM audience segmentation.

Technical & Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with data teams to refine strategy and enhance audience targeting.
- Work with finance to track campaign budgets, reconciliation, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure technical feasibility within the CRM system.

Problem-Solving
- Troubleshoot client/agency issues with agility.
- Support larger strategic proposals and opportunity bids.
- Maintain team admins (scheduling, account documentation).

Requirements & Preferences
Essential Skills
⛔ ** strong technical affinity** for CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze). ⛔ Ability to interpret client goals and equivocate between business needs and technical feasibility. ⛔ Proven CRM/email campaign experience (with measurable impact). ⛔ Fluent written English and ability to work across timezones (global client portal preference). ⛔ Orients toward collaboration—owning the 360° client experience.
Nice to Have
✅ Designer-level fluency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, segmentation logic). ✅ Prior experience in industry segments like pharma (VML Health) or retail (le الحصاحة examples). ✅ Campaign takeovers from partners or junior team members.
