Senior Account Manager – CRM & Loyalty
📍 London | Hybrid – 3 days in the office
💰 £45,000–£50,000
I’m hiring a Senior Account Manager to join a highly regarded, integrated creative agency with a brilliant reputation for producing standout work for some of the UK’s best-known brands.
You’ll join a growing CRM & Loyalty team, working on a major retained account and partnering with specialists across strategy, creative, data, tech, and production. The role covers everything from customer strategy and journey development through to delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns, including personalised email, landing pages, and wider 1:1 communications.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Solid agency-side Account Management experience
- A strong background in CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement
- Good digital and data understanding
- Experience delivering integrated and multi-channel campaigns
- Confidence managing day-to-day client relationships
- Strong project management skills from brief through to delivery
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Confidence working closely with creative, strategy, data, and production teams
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine interest in producing great work
