About Us
RAVEN is a talent-first brand-building agency operating across Fashion, Beauty, Arts, Entertainment and adjacent cultural spaces. We work with brands and collaborators who don’t just participate in culture, but help shape it.
Our work sits at the intersection of communications, talent, community and creative strategy. While we excel at traditional PR and talent marketing, our true differentiation lies in what sits beyond those disciplines: cultural intelligence, instinctive casting, meaningful community engagement, and ideas that travel naturally through real worlds - not just media plans.
RAVEN is part of the Miroma Group, a global collective of agencies operating across 35 markets, but our spirit is proudly independent, deeply plugged-in, and rooted in London’s creative landscape.
About the Role
The Senior Account Manager (Culture Marketing) is an integral cultural voice at RAVEN, driving culture marketing across talent, creators, community, partnerships and live moments to deliver work that is distinctly RAVEN-coded and deeply rooted in contemporary culture.
You will be a cultural interpreter, understanding how brands earn credibility, how communities form, and how ideas move through subcultures and creative networks. This is a rare opportunity to step into a visible role at an agency where culture is not a buzzword - it’s the foundation of everything we do.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape work that matters - alongside a team that cares deeply about quality, relationships and creative integrity. The role is hands-on and requires real attention-to-detail. You will lead major accounts and projects and act as a trusted partner to clients - while also being deeply embedded in the cultural fabric of the city (and beyond).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
