SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – DATA & AI CONSULTING
London (Hybrid) | £100,000-120,000
Some account managers protect relationships. The best ones grow them into something neither side imagined at the start. That's what this role is.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a fast-growing Data & AI consultancy with a strong enterprise client base and ambitious growth plans across the UK and Europe. They're looking for a Senior Account Manager who understands that the best new revenue is often already sitting inside an existing account — and knows exactly how to find it.
This is a farming role at its heart. You'll own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, deepen the relationships that matter, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, and Managed Services. You'll be on-site with clients regularly — this is a relationship-first position, not a desk job.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Maintain and exceed annual account revenue targets
- Identify and develop farming opportunities across the existing client landscape
- Drive cross-sell and upsell across Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, and Managed Services
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and CTOs — and keep them
- Lead governance meetings, executive reviews, and quarterly business reviews
- Develop and execute account growth strategies and quarterly account plans
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure programme quality and client satisfaction
- Manage escalations proactively, professionally, and without drama
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHY THIS ROLE
You'll be working on genuinely complex, high-value data and AI transformation programmes — not software renewals or licence management.
