Job Purpose
As an Senior Account Manager at Everything Tech Group, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with our current clients and potential new clients. On joining the team, you will have a portfolio of accounts alongside a steady flow of new business leads that you will be asked to nurture through to successful acquisition. You will serve as a point of contact who can understand their unique needs, ensure that we continue to exceed expectations, and grow our revenue share with these customers. This role offers double on-target earnings, with rewards for both selling new revenue streams and retaining current ones. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with an innovative technology solutions provider and work alongside a collaborative and dedicated team of industry experts.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing and new potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding business objectives and technology requirements
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs and objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to clients
- Provide timely and accurate reports on account status and sales activity
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and service delivery coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and service delivery
- Attend customer meetings, deliver proposals, and articulate outcomes
- Grow and nurture a pipeline of healthy opportunities
- Maintain an accurate CRM

Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relations within the technology industry
- Strong understanding of managed services, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to use and maintain a CRM System
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure, both alone and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines
- Financially and commercially astute
- High attention to detail

Hours of Work
- 37.5 hours per week full-time hours
- Includes some customer site visits
- 2 days per week home working
- Can be based from our Manchester or Derby Locations
