This role involves supporting the client leadership to ensure the SLA's are tracked and adhered to across the primarily digital centric accounts in addition to some above line involvement. This is an account management role with a Multi Market agency environment.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for bridging communication between clients, the account leadership, and the digital activation team, while also contributing to campaign and account management in line with Bridgestone EMEA and Karo support needs.

- Support the digital AD with digital-related requests from the client and facilitate communication with the digital activation team.
- Manage and coordinate always-on campaigns ensuring ongoing optimisation and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the preparation and input of PCA slides to enhance client presentations.
- Assist with billing and financial handling in coordination with the Account Director.
- Contribute to the success of UK search campaigns with strategic insights and operational support.
- Cater to ad-hoc requests efficiently ensuring dynamic team operation.
- Update and verify new reporting documents while providing insightful analysis on campaign performance.
- Support team members with client-related ad-hoc requests efficiently and effectively.
- Day to day client servicing and support for business / account Director. Supporting on competitive reporting and accurate budget management.

Role requirements
- Proven experience in account management, particularly within a digital ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation and insights.
- Experience with financial and billing processes to assist account operations.
- Ability to adapt and respond to ad-hoc client or team requests efficiently.
