Solvi Digital is a B2B digital marketing agency built for the industrial world, manufacturers, distributors, engineers, construction, renewables, logistics and the trades. We help traditional businesses modernise how they win work and how they show up online, across paid media, SEO, cold outreach, websites, email and social.
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts end to end. This isn't a pure coordination role. We need someone hands-on and switched on, who can sit in front of a client, present strategy, answer the technical questions and know what good actually looks like, without leaning on someone else to tell them.
This is a fully remote role. You'll need a full UK driving licence, as occasionally (roughly once a quarter) you may visit a client for a shoot day.
Tasks
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of industrial B2B client accounts, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Run client meetings independently, present strategy, handle questions and manage expectations without senior support
- Set the direction across paid media, SEO, cold outreach, websites and social, and steer the specialists who deliver it
- Know your numbers, read campaign performance, spot when something isn't working and know why, and steer it back on track
- Build lead-generation strategy end to end, from the offer and audience through to the funnel and follow-up
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and have those conversations naturally
- Keep clients for the long term by delivering real results and being genuinely on top of their account

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
What we're looking for
This role covers a lot of ground, so we need real breadth and genuine hands-on experience, not just familiarity:
- 5+ years in marketing, with 3+ years agency-side managing multiple client accounts at once
- Ideally some in-house marketing experience earlier in your career, so you understand delivery from both sides
- Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads, you've personally built, run and optimised campaigns, not just briefed others
- A solid working understanding of SEO: keyword research, on-page, performance reporting, and how to protect rankings when migrating a site
- Comfortable overseeing website and landing page builds, briefing, directing and QA'ing the work to a high standard
- Experience with cold email as a lead-generation channel, and the thinking behind good outbound
- An eye for good copy and design, able to review and give clear, constructive feedback
- Able to think strategically from experience and logic, and recommend what will genuinely work for a business rather than defaulting to generic output
- Strong communicator who can flex tone and cadence to different client personalities
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
