The Opportunity

Our client is one of the leading Digital Agencies in the Construction and Built Environment sectors. As they continue to grow, they need a highly motivated, super organised, personable person to lead some of their biggest accounts. This is a client-facing role for someone that thrives on building relationships, delivering first-class service, and turning complex ideas into engaging content.

This is a chance to own relationships, push initiatives, and steer projects from concept through to delivery with the amazing internal teams.

About our Client

They are the UK’s number one marketing agency in the built environment. They help leading product manufacturers, service providers, contractors and innovators tell compelling stories and achieve measurable business results through strategic content, digital campaigns, and creative communications. In a nutshell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering planned communication campaigns on time, to a high standard and within budget.
  • Project management: you will define KPIs and success metrics, tracking progress, and proactively surfacing insights and optimisation ideas.
  • Client meetings: It is essential that you get close to your clients. You will use meetings to act as a proactive consultant — spotting growth opportunities, suggesting new channels, content angles, or strategic tweaks for your clients.
  • Managing the provision of engaging content for press articles, websites, brochures and social media.
  • Developing excellent working relationships with relevant editorial teams or publishers, maximising opportunities for press coverage.
  • Managing digital marketing programmes. You will be sufficiently knowledgeable about the main digital content channels to be able to analyse and report on results.
  • You will oversee the production of graphic and video content – working with the appropriate team internal and external teams.
  • Contributing to new business acquisition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
