Senior Account Manager – Drinks & Experiential
Central London | £45,000–£55,000 DOE
I’m working with a fast-growing, independent agency specialising in culturally impactful experiential marketing, working with some of the world’s biggest consumer brands across the UK and international markets.
They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their client services team and play a key role in delivering integrated, culturally relevant campaigns that connect brands with young audiences.
This is a hands-on role covering experiential, social, sampling, toolkits, festival activations, content and wider integrated activity, with plenty of opportunity to work across both UK and global campaigns.
The Role
You’ll sit within the account team, working closely with an Account Director and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of campaigns across multiple markets.
You’ll be expected to build strong client relationships, manage junior team members and ensure campaigns are delivered brilliantly – while also spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts.
You will:
- Deliver end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns against client briefs, objectives and KPIs.
- Manage campaigns spanning experiential, social, sampling, brand partnerships and ambassador programmes.
- Take a lead role in planning, activating and evaluating student and youth brand ambassador programmes.
- Work with international teams and markets to adapt and deploy campaign toolkits.
- Coordinate market requests, balancing local requirements with global strategy, budgets, timelines and brand guidelines.
- Plan and organise client meetings, conferences, summits and other events.
- Manage campaign budgets and support the profitability and growth of client accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance, interpret results and make recommendations for improving activity.
- Manage and develop junior members of the account team.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support proposals and pitches for additional work.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
- Travel within the UK and internationally for client meetings, campaign delivery and events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
