Senior Account Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an Senior Account Manager to join us at Honeywell in the Northeast & Scotland region. We are seeking a motivated individual with a hunter mentality who is eager to engage in business development activities within our existing account base and local region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to achieve sales targets and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships while collaborating with various internal teams to provide exceptional service and solutions. A structured approach to sales management is essential, ensuring all forecasting and reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.
Travel: 50-60%. Northeast & Scotland region

Helping to Transform Buildings to be Safer and More Operationally and Energy Efficient.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing and growing the existing account base through new projects and expanding services offered.
- Collaborate with sales management to support monthly and quarterly forecasts for your accounts.
- Contribute to the conversion and growth of ‘connected’ software SaaS contracts while ensuring lifecycle upgrades for building technology.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling initiatives primarily within existing client organizations and to various stakeholders.
- Work alongside internal teams to promote key systems in the built environment, including BMS, fire, security, and access solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- An engineering background or some experience within building services in the built environment (BMS, Fire, and Security), with a basic understanding of SaaS and IoT solutions is preferred.
- A measurable sales background is preferable, showing a results-driven mindset.
- A results-driven mindset with a demonstrated hunter mentality and business development orientation.
- Strong emotional intelligence to foster lasting client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective active listening abilities.
