Senior Account Manager - perm position
London | Hybrid Working (4 days office / 1 day remote)
£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus
The Opportunity
We're working with a growing creative production and brand experience agency that partners with leading global brands to deliver innovative campaigns, branded products and experiences. They design and manufacture unique product-led experiences for forward-thinking brands and work with a range of companies from small boutiques to large global brands across entertainment, technology, lifestyle.
They're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their commercial team, taking ownership of a portfolio of clients across the Events, Hospitality, Automotive and Luxury sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, driving growth and delivering creative projects from brief through to completion.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Working closely with Creative, Production, Project Management and Logistics teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered successfully whilst maintaining strong commercial performance. This role suits a confident relationship-builder who combines commercial acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to work across creative and operational teams.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling and new business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead projects from initial brief through to delivery.
- Develop account plans, forecasts and growth strategies.
- Prepare estimates, manage budgets and monitor project performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Present ideas, proposals and solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, client experience and commercial performance.
