What this job can offer you
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Account Manager, joining our Existing Business team. In this role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across Remote's full product suite — including EOR, Global Payroll, Contractor of Record (COR), and other solutions — expanding relationships with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
You'll be a trusted advisor to senior buyers, comfortable navigating multi-threaded deals, and driven to find the right solution for the customer rather than getting stuck on obstacles along the way. As a senior member of the team, you'll also have the opportunity to share best practice with peers and help shape how Existing Business approaches multi-product growth.
What you bring
- You can demonstrate a strong track record of growing existing accounts, owning renewals, driving net-new expansion bookings, and cross-selling or upselling across multiple product lines (e.g., EOR, Global Payroll, COR, and other Remote solutions)
- You can show success building and multi-threading relationships across an account — engaging economic buyers, budget holders, and technical/functional stakeholders in parallel, rather than relying on a single point of contact
- You're comfortable selling to and building trust with senior stakeholders (VP/C-level, Legal, Finance, HR/People leadership), and can adapt the conversation to what matters to each
- You have working knowledge of, or a strong aptitude to quickly learn, a structured sales methodology such as MEDPICC to qualify and progress opportunities with rigor
- You can demonstrate strong sales process discipline, including pipeline development, forecasting, and accurate reporting across a multi-product portfolio
- You bring a solutions-oriented mindset — quick to focus on what can be done and how to move a deal or relationship forward
- You think like a deal strategist — you look for creative ways to structure multi-product deals and adapt the structure to what the customer actually needs
- You're highly self-directed and comfortable navigating with a lot of autonomy — Remote is a distributed, async, multi-timezone environment, and you take ownership of your own follow-ups, keeping things moving smoothly across time zones and channels
- You're genuinely curious and eager to learn, comfortable picking up new products, markets, and use cases as Remote's portfolio evolves
- You have an in-depth understanding of Remote's services and its position in the industry, with the curiosity to keep that knowledge current
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business fluency in English

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
