An award-winning creative events agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its growing Client Experience team.
This is a client-facing role focused on building long-term partnerships with global brands, ensuring exceptional delivery across live events and experiential projects, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Working closely with production, creative and commercial teams, you'll become a trusted advisor to your clients, balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day account leadership.
The Role
- Act as the main day-to-day contact across a portfolio of key client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client objectives, challenges and commercial priorities.
- Lead regular client meetings, manage expectations and ensure projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth, cross-selling and repeat business.
- Support proposals, RFIs and strategic account planning alongside senior stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and commercial performance across your accounts.
- Work closely with production and delivery teams to ensure projects stay on track, on budget and exceed client expectations.
- Resolve issues proactively, maintaining confidence and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Produce accurate reporting, account plans and performance updates while driving continuous improvement across every client interaction.

About You
- Previous experience in an agency Account Management, Client Services or Customer Success role.
- Background within events, experiential marketing or live communications.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
- Comfortable overseeing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong presentation, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting pitches, proposals or new business activity is highly desirable.
