Senior Account Manager (Experiential)

Central London | Hybrid (3 Days Office) | £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

Join One of London's Leading, Fast-Growing, Independent Experiential Agencies

Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to take the lead on globally recognised brands and deliver award-worthy experiential campaigns?

We're partnering with one of London's most exciting independent experiential agencies as they continue an impressive period of growth. With an outstanding reputation for creativity, innovation and delivery, this agency creates culturally relevant campaigns that genuinely connect brands with consumers.

Working across live experiences, brand activations, sampling campaigns, pop-ups and integrated marketing, you'll have the opportunity to deliver campaigns for an enviable portfolio of global clients spanning the FMCG, drinks, lifestyle and technology sectors.

The agency has built an exceptional culture where collaboration, creativity and personal development sit at the heart of everything they do. If you're looking for an environment where you'll be trusted, challenged and given genuine opportunities to progress, this is one not to miss.

The Role

As Senior Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key client relationships while overseeing the successful delivery of multiple experiential campaigns from initial briefing through to live execution and post-campaign evaluation.

You'll work closely with Strategy, Creative and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest possible standard, while mentoring junior members of the Client Services team and helping develop the next generation of talent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
