Senior Account Manager – Staffing
Central London | £40,000–£50,000 DOE
I’m working with a fast-growing, independent marketing agency in Central London that creates culturally relevant campaigns and brand experiences for some of the world’s leading consumer brands.
They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – Staffing to take ownership of the people and talent behind a range of high-profile campaigns, ensuring the right teams are recruited, briefed and supported to deliver exceptional results.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager coming from an experiential, events, promotional staffing or field marketing background, who enjoys working across people, clients and campaign delivery.
The Role
You’ll lead a small internal team responsible for the recruitment and management of promotional staff, brand ambassadors and event teams across multiple client campaigns.
You’ll be the person making sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time, delivering against the brief.
You will:
- Manage and develop a small team of junior staff responsible for campaign recruitment and ambassador management.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding and scheduling of brand ambassadors and promotional teams.
- Ensure campaigns are appropriately staffed with the right profiles and talent.
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed objectives and KPIs, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their expectations and the profiles required on the ground.
- Act as an escalation point for ambassadors and campaign teams, providing support and resolving issues quickly.
- Monitor live campaigns and ensure staffing runs smoothly across events and activations.
- Support quality control of ambassador activity, both online and at live events.
- Produce clear status and contact reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support campaign budget management, ensuring staffing costs remain aligned with agreed budgets.
- Keep recruitment, scheduling and staffing processes organised, efficient and well documented.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
