💥 Senior Account Manager 💥 £38,000–£44,000 💥 Leeds (Hybrid)
ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a leading retail marketing agency in Leeds that's looking to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager. Working with some of the biggest names in FMCG, you'll lead the delivery of retail, POS and shopper marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, influence purchasing decisions and deliver results in-store.
About the role...
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage key FMCG accounts, building strong client relationships while delivering end-to-end retail marketing campaigns. You'll be the go-to contact for your clients, leading projects from brief through to activation and ensuring campaigns make a real impact at the point of purchase.
What you'll be doing...
- Managing key FMCG client relationships and acting as a trusted partner.
- Delivering retail marketing, POS and shopper campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Leading the development of in-store communications, promotional activity and retail toolkits.
- Creating campaigns that engage shoppers, influence buying behaviour and drive sales.
- Working closely with major UK retailers and leading FMCG brands.
- Managing multiple projects, budgets and timelines to ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborating with strategy, creative and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.

About you...
You'll be an experienced Senior Account Manager with a background in retail marketing, POS or shopper marketing. You'll enjoy building long-term client relationships, confidently leading campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where no two days are the same.

What we're looking for...
- Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager within a retail, shopper marketing or integrated agency.
- Strong experience delivering retail marketing, POS and shopper campaigns.
- Experience working with FMCG brands and major UK retailers.
- Excellent client management, project management and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and multiple workstreams.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
