Ad agencies are dead. We're what comes next.
Growthcurve is the growth marketing agency founders, CMOs and investors call when they need to scale fast. Strategy, media and creative under one roof, with an in-house studio and AI built into how we work. We've supported companies spending over $100M a month on paid ads, for brands like Coinbase, AliExpress, Midnite and Finom.
We're hiring two Senior Account Managers from agency land: the people clients trust most, and the people our teams love working with.
The Role
You'll be the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of ambitious clients across fintech, consumer apps, ecommerce, gaming and B2B. You keep the work moving, keep clients confident, and make sure everything we deliver meets the Growthcurve standard. Do it well and the step to Account Director is clear.
What You'll Do
- Be the day-to-day lead for your clients, building trust up to marketing director and CMO level
- Run the client rhythm: weekly calls, monthly performance reviews and quarterly strategy sessions
- Write sharp briefs for our strategists, media buyers and creatives, and manage the work through to delivery
- Know your accounts' numbers well enough to have a real conversation about what's working
- Spot risks early and fix them before the client feels them
- Find ways to grow scope that genuinely help the client
- Support new business pitches with strategy, decks and case studies
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
