ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with a growing experiential agency that delivers an exciting range of experiences and creative campaigns for some brilliant brands.
They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team and play a key role in managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, working closely with the production team to bring campaigns to life.
About the role…
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, acting as a key point of contact for clients and working closely with internal teams, particularly production, to ensure everything is delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who is highly organised, enjoys working across multiple projects, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Building strong and trusted client relationships and acting as a key day-to-day contact
- Working closely with production teams to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project requirements
- Managing project plans, budgets, estimates, and deadlines
- Coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Juggling multiple projects at different stages and prioritizing effectively
- Taking ownership of projects and ensuring everything is delivered on time and to a high standard
About you
This role would suit an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with agency experience.
You’ll be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects, and comfortable working closely with production teams. You’ll also be a natural relationship builder who enjoys being client-facing and taking ownership of your work.

What we’re looking for…
- Strong agency experience at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Experience working alongside production teams and external suppliers
- Confident managing client relationships and stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and timelines
- Calm under pressure and naturally solutions-focused
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced agency environment and likes to get stuck in
