About Trustly

Trustly is a global leader in open banking payments, enabling fast, secure, and seamless account-to-account (A2A) transactions. We partner with merchants and financial institutions to deliver next-generation payment experiences, helping businesses grow while simplifying payments for consumers.

About The Team

The Gaming & Financial Services (FS) Account Management team at Trustly is responsible for driving growth, retention, and strategic partnerships across two of the company’s most important verticals. The team manages a portfolio of leading gaming operators, platforms, and financial institutions, supporting them in delivering seamless, high-performance payment experiences through open banking, A2A and data solutions.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Gaming & Financial Services Account Management team, focused on the UK market. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key strategic accounts.

You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, delivering best-in-class relationship management while identifying opportunities to expand revenue, increase product adoption, and deepen long-term partnerships.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of payments, fintech, or regulated industries such as gaming and financial services.

What You’ll Do

Account Management & Relationship Leadership

  • Own and develop senior-level relationships across a portfolio of key UK-based Gaming and FS clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a consistently high standard of service and client satisfaction
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives

Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership

  • Identify and execute opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, new use cases)
  • Develop and deliver account plans aligned with client objectives and Trustly’s growth strategy
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and renewals to maximize long-term value

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
