Senior Growth Manager - OOH & ATL Media

📍 Manchester | 4 Days in Office

About One Day Agency

One Day Agency is an integrated advertising and marketing agency with offices in Manchester, London, Paris, and Warsaw.

In just seven years, we’ve built a team of 20 specialists delivering campaigns for brands of all sizes across the globe, from fast-growing e-commerce brands to Formula 1 teams. We specialise in strategic media planning and buying across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL channels, helping brands grow through smart, commercially focused advertising. Our model is different from traditional agencies. We work fast, stay hands-on, and give people real ownership early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our fast-paced Growth Team. This is not a traditional siloed agency role. You’ll be involved across strategy, pitching, media planning, buying, client management, campaign delivery, and commercial growth, working directly with both clients and media partners across UK and international markets.

You’ll take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once across OOH, TV, Radio, Digital and wider ATL media channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes responsibility, and wants exposure to all areas of agency life rather than being confined to a narrow role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
