The Vibe & The Role
Weāre looking for a Senior Account Manager who brings a blend of strategic polish, commercial smarts, and genuine human connection.
This isn't about just keeping the wheels turningāitās about stepping up as a trusted advisor to our clients, owning account growth, and leading multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, creative, paid media, social, and web. You'll partner closely with our Director of Accounts to inspire the team, push the creative boundaries, and deliver work that actually moves the needle.

ā” What Youāll Be Doing
- Client Partnership: Act as the lead anchor across a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle accountsābuilding deep trust, guiding marketing decisions, and steering strategy.
- Creative & Delivery Oversight: Write killer briefs, champion top-tier execution, and lead project kick-offs across creative, tech, social, and performance teams.
- Commercial Leadership: Own account health, profitability, retainers, and scopesābalancing white-glove client service with business sustainability.
- Strategic Growth: Uncover organic upsell opportunities, map out long-term client roadmaps, and bring fresh industry/competitor trends to the table.
- Team Mentorship: Bring positive energy, coach junior account team members, and foster a collaborative, curious agency culture.

- Agency Experienced: 3+ years in a digital, creative, or integrated marketing agency environment.
- Hospitality Obsessed: A genuine passion for food, drink, travel, and experience-led brands!
- Full-Funnel Mindset: Solid grip on social media, paid media, content creation, CRM/email, web, and performance reporting.
- Organised & Calm: A master of workflows, multi-channel projects, and stakeholder management who stays cool under pressure.
- Commercially Sharp: Confident in leading senior conversations, managing budgets, and spotting growth potential.
