We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of client relationships and the delivery of exciting events, exhibitions and experiential projects.

The role

  • Be the day-to-day lead for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects from initial brief through to delivery, including timelines, budgets, logistics and onsite execution.
  • Work closely with Creative, Production and Technical teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Manage project budgets, profitability, forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new projects.
  • Support and lead pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate suppliers, venues, staffing, travel and other event logistics.
  • Keep projects organised, on track and compliant with relevant Health & Safety requirements.
  • Provide clear communication, leadership and problem-solving throughout each project.

  • Proven Account Manager/Senior Account Manager experience within an agency environment.
  • Strong experience delivering events, exhibitions, experiential or live marketing projects.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and project profitability.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas/proposals.
  • Strong collaboration skills across creative, production and technical teams.
  • Experience across different event formats and, ideally, international projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
