Senior Account Manager Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a highly successful fashion company.

The Senior Account Manager will manage and develop existing relationships with key customers with a focus on diversifying the business and driving growth across Ladies, Mens, and Childrenswear.

The Senior Account Manager will work closely with the in-house design and development teams to identify new opportunities, develop commercially strong product and present ranges to customers.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing strong relationships with existing customers
  • Growing and diversifying existing accounts
  • Identifying new opportunities and areas for growth within existing customer accounts
  • Working closely with the in-house design team to develop commercially strong product ranges
  • Presenting and selling ranges to customers in meetings and range reviews
  • Understanding customer briefs and developing product in line with their requirements
  • Driving sales performance and delivering commercial targets
  • Negotiating prices and delivery to achieve commercial targets
  • Liaising closely with overseas factories throughout the product development process
  • Working collaboratively with design, development and production teams to ensure product is delivered to the required standard

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role within the fashion industry, with strong experience working with high street or supermarket retailers.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial understanding and proven experience of developing existing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.

Experience across Ladies, Mens, or Childrenswear would be highly advantageous, along with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
