Senior Account Manager - Woking, Surrey
Salary DOE plus Benefits
Our client is a fast-growing, well-established digital and creative agency and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead key client accounts, shape campaign strategy and mentor the wider team, with real scope to help drive the agency's growth. This is a full-time on-site role based in the office.
What you'll be doing
- Acting as strategic lead for key client accounts, building senior-level relationships
- Overseeing planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple workstreams
- Managing budgets, resourcing and profitability across your accounts
- Leading client presentations, workshops and strategy sessions
- Mentoring account managers and junior team members, and spotting growth opportunities

What you'll bring
- Experience within a marketing, creative or communications agency
- A track record leading client accounts and delivering complex campaigns
- Strong strategic thinking, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets and teams, with a collaborative leadership style
