Senior Account Manager

At adm Indicia, we believe in creating new value. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be a key player in delivering world-class production solutions that improve client marketing performance while reducing execution costs. This is a hands-on role that balances strategic thinking, client partnership, and production expertise, bringing brand activations to life across print, POS, and omnichannel campaigns.

You will lead the production of high-spend, high-impact projects, working directly with clients to deliver excellence, drive efficiencies, and support ongoing innovation. You’ll also support and mentor other Account Managers, helping them grow while ensuring flawless project execution across the team.

Please note, this is a hybrid opportunity with a requirement to be on the client’s site in Slough at least once a week, with flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end production of complex and strategic marketing campaigns, including POS, print, and branded materials.
  • Work directly with clients to advise on production strategy, campaign execution, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage supplier relationships, timelines, budgets, and delivery to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services and other internal teams to align project goals with broader campaign objectives.
  • Proactively propose cost-saving, sustainability, and process improvement initiatives to clients.
  • Mentor and support Production Managers, helping to manage project traffic and workflow across the team.
  • Act as a point of escalation within the production delivery team, maintaining calm and clarity in high-pressure situations.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in print/POS production or similar production management roles — ideally within a marketing, brand activation, or agency environment.
  • Solid project management skills and experience navigating large, strategic campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, supplier management, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills — clear, calm, and confident at all levels.
  • Technically literate and comfortable using production systems and tech platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
  • Confident working under pressure and managing shifting priorities.
