Senior Account Manager (Influencer Marketing)
London (Hybrid)
A leading UGC, creative and influencer marketing agency is looking for an Account Manager to lead the delivery of influencer marketing.
This role will sit at the centre of campaign delivery, acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams. You will manage multiple campaigns across social media, influencer marketing and paid amplification, ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing through to final reporting.
Working closely with strategy, creative, influencer and paid media teams, you will help deliver campaigns that combine strong creative thinking with data-driven performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of social, influencer and paid media campaigns for multiple clients
- Act as the primary client contact, providing campaign updates, recommendations and reporting
- Coordinate internal teams including influencer, creative, paid media and production to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Manage influencer partnerships including talent selection, outreach coordination, briefing and deliverables
- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets and project delivery across multiple workstreams
- Monitor campaign performance across organic and paid social, providing insights and optimisation recommendations
- Support paid media planning and amplification strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta and YouTube
- Build strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and expand campaign scope

- 3+ years experience in account management within a social media, influencer marketing or digital marketing agency
- Experience delivering integrated campaigns across social media, influencer marketing and paid media
- Strong understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta
- Experience managing clients and multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment
- Highly organised with strong communication and project management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within client account
