Senior Account Manager – Experiential
London | Agency-side | Client Services
Hybrid
£45-55K
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join an agency client services team, working across UK and global accounts across experiential campaigns.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands integrated campaigns and knows how to build authentic, scalable engagement with youth audiences.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery
- Owning brand ambassador programmes — recruitment, activation, and performance measurement
- Managing a small team, supporting their growth and development
- Working with global markets to build toolkits that keep campaigns consistent across regions
- Planning and delivering conferences, regional summits and client events
- Spotting growth opportunities and leading on proposals and pitches
- Managing budgets and reporting to keep accounts profitable and growing

What you'll bring:
- Client services experience, ideally in an experiential, event-based or social agency
- Experience managing multi-market campaigns and global stakeholders
- Team management experience
- Comfort working with alcohol brands and in licensed/alcohol-led environments (experience preferred, not essential)
- Willingness to travel regularly, UK and internationally.
