We combine creativity and data to help our clients solve complex challenges and grow their businesses. Our team of experienced marketers works closely with every client, delivering tailored strategies, standout creative and measurable results across digital, social, web as well as events, literature and the media.

We're a close-knit team that values ideas, collaboration and initiative. If you're someone who loves building strong client relationships, thinking commercially and getting stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and play a key role in delivering exceptional marketing campaigns.

You'll be comfortable leading client relationships, managing multiple projects and collaborating with our creative and digital teams to deliver work that makes a real impact. This is a role for someone who can hit the ground running and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
