This Senior Account Manager role sits inside a specialist B2B agency for food, beverage, and hospitality. A new regional hub has been opened as the business expands on the back of recent recognition and a management buyout backed by significant external investment. This context matters: this is not a backfill. It's a role created as the agency adds headcount and offices, which means the path beyond it is real rather than theoretical.

The Role

You'll own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of B2B food and beverage accounts - working with a client list that spans some of the world's most recognised FMCG names. You'll lead integrated campaigns end-to-end: brief, planning, delivery, reporting. You'll grow those accounts year on year and protect their profitability, with monthly forecasting, invoicing, and GP accountability sitting with you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
